To begin, remove the side panels on the Xbox One using a plastic opening tool. Carefully pry off the left and right side panels to access the internal components.
By utilizing the plastic opening tool, carefully detach the upper case of the Xbox One from its body. Begin at one end and meticulously work along the edges, gradually separating the components.
After removing the top case, look for six green screws inside the metal case. Unscrew them using a T10 Torx driver.

To complete the disassembly process, loosen the 3 screws that secure the motherboard to the case by using a T10 Torx. Proceed by gently lifting the motherboard out of its current position within the case.
