Go to the top menu bar and locate the ‘Insert’ tab. By clicking on it, you can access the Insert menu, which contains various options for adding elements to your document or project.

After clicking on ‘Video’, there are two options: ‘Online Video’ and ‘Video from my PC’. Select ‘Online Video’ and a space to insert a URL will appear.
To add a video from YouTube to your PowerPoint slide, simply launch your web browser, go to YouTube, and locate the desired video.
Once your video is open on YouTube, locate the browser’s address bar at the top of the page. Right-click the URL and select ‘Copy’ to save it.
In your PowerPoint presentation, locate the ‘Online Video’ pop-up window. You’ll find a URL insertion box. Right-click inside the box, and from the menu that appears, select ‘Paste’.
After copying and pasting the video URL, locate the ‘Insert’ button at the bottom of the window and simply click on it to seamlessly insert the video into your PowerPoint slide.
After inserting the video, you may need to adjust its size. Simply click and drag the corners to resize it. To reposition the video on the slide, place your cursor in the middle, click and hold, then move it to your desired location.
