In Minecraft, gather food materials for your horse like golden apples, hay bales, golden carrots, or regular apples. Apples can be found from breaking oak or dark oak tree leaves, hay bales can be crafted from nine wheat pieces, and golden apples or carrots require surrounding an apple or carrot with eight golden ingots in the crafting grid.
Once you have the necessary food, approach the horse by pressing the “Move Forward” key. Your character will walk towards the horse to initiate the feeding process.
